One model.
Every relationship.
LinkXG is built on a rich data model that is designed to support the complex needs of modern supply chains. Along with sector specific product and company data schemas, the platform includes OpenAPI endpoints, bulk file upload and direct integrations to bring your data in from your existing systems. Granular sharing controls and an audit trail give you confidence in the data you share.
Designed to support products across every industry.
2,400+ product attributes across 130+ families, plus 66 company-level attributes for certifications, governance, sustainability and compliance. Mapped against ISO, IEC, GHG Protocol, ESG reporting standards and the procurement frameworks your customers already expect from you.
Counts reflect the LinkXG data model as of May 2026.
Built to liberate supply chain teams.
Bulk import & matching Drop in your product list. The platform AI resolves entities, maps columns and surfaces gaps.
Bring your data in through file upload, direct integration with your existing systems, or API. The platform matches incoming records against existing entities, maps your column headers to the platform data model, and shows you exactly where coverage gaps sit before you ever publish.
Tiered sharing Structured share policies and per-customer overrides for sensitive fields.
Decide what each supply chain partner sees, down to the field. Permissions are granular, instant and revocable. Tiers give you a sensible default; per-customer overrides let you tighten or open access without rebuilding the share.
Evidence library Attach documents to fields. The network tracks expiry, versions and signatories.
Every claim on the network can carry the evidence behind it: certificates, attestations, third-party audits. Documents are versioned, signed where applicable, and expire on schedule so a stale certificate never reads as current.
Audit trail Every share, every access, every change is logged. Filter by partner, field or agent.
The audit trail covers human access and agent access in one log. Filter by partner identity, field, agent identity or time window, then export to CSV or query through the API for your own audit and compliance reporting.
Network search Find suppliers by category, geography, certifications or any data field.
Search across the whole network, scoped to the data each supplier has chosen to publish. Combine filters across identity, operations, environmental, governance and provenance fields. Save searches and share them inside your team.
MCP server Authenticated access for AI agents, bound to the same permissions humans use.
The MCP server gives AI agents a structured way to query the network on behalf of the user or service they represent. The agent inherits that identity's permissions, so a query never returns a field the human cannot see. Every call is recorded in the audit trail.
Webhooks & API Subscribe to changes. Stream profile updates into your ERP, PIM or data warehouse.
REST and GraphQL APIs cover read and write. Webhooks let your systems react the moment a supplier updates a field, a certificate expires, or coverage falls below a threshold you have set.
Standards alignment Attributes carry the metadata that ISO, IEC, GHG Protocol, ESRS and industry-specific schemas reference.
The data model is structured so that fields map cleanly to the standards your customers, auditors and regulators require. Query the data through our API's or use our strcutured data exports to feed your systems.
Common questions about the platform
What is LinkXG?
LinkXG is the supply chain data network that improves the flow of data between supply chain partners. Suppliers maintain their product and company data once and publish it on the network. Buyers query that data directly from their existing systems, BI tools and AI agents.
What kind of data lives on the network?
Product specifications, materials, origins, certifications, company credentials, compliance evidence and the relationships between them. Suppliers publish what is relevant to their business and choose which customers see what at the field level.
How does data stay current?
Suppliers maintain data inside the systems their teams already use. Direct integrations, file upload and API options keep the network current at source, so the answers buyers query are always the latest ones.
Does LinkXG support AI agents?
Yes. The network is built for agentic workflows and automation. An MCP server lets AI agents in your business and your customers' businesses query the network within the permissions you have set.
What integrations does LinkXG support?
Direct integrations into common ERP, PLM, PIM and BI systems, plus a documented API. Suppliers can also onboard data via file upload where direct integration is not yet appropriate.
How does LinkXG handle access control?
Permissions are granular, instant and revocable. Suppliers decide what each customer sees, down to the field, and can change the access the moment a relationship does. Every share, access and change is logged.
