About LinkXG

We exist to improve the
flow of data along global supply chains.

LinkXG came to life after our founder spent years in EU regulatory compliance, watching the heroic efforts that go into moving data along supply chains to meet regulatory obligations. The usual mix of spreadsheets and online forms is no longer up to the job.

Mission

We set out to do one thing: improve the flow of data along global supply chains.

The reality

Handling data along supply chains is never going to be perfect.

Supply chains are complex, rooted in commercially sensitive one-to-one relationships. We do believe things can improve enormously, and we are here to do exactly that.

We focus our work across four core dimensions, recognising the diverse needs companies and their teams have across supply chains.

Dimension 01 / 04

Built for Supply Chain Heroes

In every company there are people doing heroic work to distribute, or respond to, data requests. Long hours structuring questionnaires, wrestling with ERP systems to export Excel workbooks, going back and forth to query data anomalies.

LinkXG is designed to give people time back, so they can focus on more important work. Not that moving data between partners isn't important, but in the long list of things humans should be doing, it sits very low on the list.

Dimension 02 / 04

Built for Companies

As pressure builds on global brands to demonstrate supply chain transparency, they are asking questions of suppliers which are uncomfortable. Tell us who your suppliers are, share their locations, explain what due diligence you have performed on them.

Your relationships with your suppliers are commercially sensitive, and there is always a risk that by exposing who they are, your customers will leapfrog you. But the world needs more transparency, so we need to find a solution.

LinkXG is designed to share the information companies need along the whole supply chain, whilst protecting those commercial relationships. The brands get what they need, and their suppliers keep their position in the value chain.

Dimension 03 / 04

Built for Agents

As our businesses become more AI-enabled, more and more of our work will be done by agents. With improved data from your supply chain, questions like “How many of our suppliers have signed our code of conduct?”, “Which products are missing PPWR compliance data?”, and “Do we have technical data sheets for materials from Supplier X?” can go to an AI agent.

LinkXG has everything you need to answer questions about your supply chain through the agents of your choice.

Dimension 04 / 04

Built for Compliance

Regulators are increasing their expectations about the information you have on your products, the materials in them, and the suppliers who provide them. Transparency is a huge part of this, but compliance is more broadly focused on ensuring the products we all consume are safe, developed responsibly, and come with the information consumers need to make choices about them.

LinkXG is designed to make collecting data from your supply chain to meet regulatory obligations as easy as possible, and just as importantly, to make it even easier to see what is missing.

Founder

David founded LinkXG after twenty years at Microsoft, where he built enterprise platforms with large organisations across regulated industries. The last five years before LinkXG were spent on ESG regulatory compliance and supply chain traceability, close to the questions enterprise buyers ask of their suppliers, the data architectures that survive real procurement processes, and the audit trails compliance teams need when auditors arrive.
